(More customer reviews)I have had this dispenser for six months, and it does dispense beer as advertised. The problem is, the CO2 system desperately needs improvement. I have been through two regulators and three sets of regulator adaptor/cartridge holder pairs, because they are made of cheap plastic and crack over time. I have lost two kegs of beer and have wasted six CO2 cartidges needlessly. I did speak with their technical staff and told them I would have made these parts using brass, bronze, or stainless steel, and if they wanted to stay with plastic, at least use a thermopolymer that could take the stress off a pressurized environment. They seemed to listen; time will tell. So, bottom line: It does work, it work well when it's working....but be prepared to call their customer service department along the way for replacement parts.
